Trunk Side Recording

Trunk side recording is best suited to environments that need to record calls coming into and out of the business. ie recording of internal extension to extension calls is not required.

The DiMETRO Voice Recorder can record calls direct from your Telco without any need for PBX integration.

Calls can be recorded and metadata attached to assist with subsequent search and playback. Metadata can include:

• Date & Time of call;
• CLI - Caller ID;
• Called number;
• Call length.

However, in an environment that requires specific extensions to be recorded, PBX integration will be necessary. DiMETRO has developed integration kits for all of the major PBX's in todays market. Click here for a list.
