The DiMETRO Quality Manager was developed to meet the need for a software tool to enable companies to conduct quality assessments at the desktop using a simple browser interface. Using DiMETRO,organisations are able to efficiently overcome many of the problems associated with creating a sustainable quality management program. Assess telephone calls for quality Whether you record calls with DiMETRO's fully integrated Voice Recorder, or use another recording solution, or even monitor live calls, DiMETRO's Quality Manager software eliminates the time consuming, messy spreadsheets and manual forms. Users can build their own assessment questions and select answers such as gradings, compliance, free text etc. From their browser based dashboard, quality assessors, team leaders, and/or managers can search recordings by agent, date, time, and other data and select a recording for assessment. This recording is then linked to the quality assessment and the assessment completed. Both the recording and the assessment are permanently linked for future reference.
Using their browser based dashboard, employees can review assessments made by the quality assessor and play back the recordings to get a better understanding of the quality aspect of their customer interactions.
